Hello, I'm Jules.

I grew up trying to fix my own skin: severe breakouts, dryness, eczema. That led me to esthetics school, and years of learning and testing until skin became my expertise.

At Flora, skin is seen in context, from stress and sleep to seasons and everything in between. We work together to support your skin with high-performance, results-driven, plant-forward lines, because radiant skin starts with whole-body health.

Which facial should I book?
Breakouts: The Acne Facial. Dullness or a pre-event glow: The Luminous Facial. Firming and deep relaxation: The Timeless Facial. Still unsure? Book a Skin Consultation.
How should I show up to my appointment?
Come as you are, with a few small touches to help you get the most from your time. A bare face is ideal, so we can begin caring for your skin right away. Wear your hair in a way that's ready for a scalp massage, as it may get a little oil in it. And dress in something cozy, so you can stay peaceful and relaxed long after your facial ends.
What is the cancellation policy?
Appointments are reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 72 hours notice. Cancellations or changes made within 72 hours of your appointment time, for any reason including illness, will result in a charge of 50% of the total cost of the service booked. Cancellations made the day-of appointment, or no-shows will result in a charge of 100% of the total cost of the service booked.
Are any services not pregnancy safe?
High frequency and the Botanical Scalp Treatment are not pregnancy safe. Let Jules know when booking and your facial will be adjusted.
How do virtual consultations work?
After booking, Jules will text you before your appointment to connect and ask for progress photos, then share regimen recommendations tailored to you.
